Najikei is an online platform that connects buyers and sellers within Nepal. Najikei does not own, inspect, store, sell, or deliver any item listed on the platform. Any deal, meeting, payment, item exchange, or sharing of personal information is strictly between the buyer and the seller.
Najikei is not responsible for scams, fake listings, payment disputes, damaged or misrepresented items, unsafe meetings, or any loss — financial or otherwise — arising from transactions between users.
By using Najikei you agree that you are responsible for verifying the item, the person, the payment, and your own safety before completing any transaction. Always meet in a public place, inspect items carefully before paying, and never send advance payment before confirming the product in person.
Every listing must be genuine, owned by (or legally sellable by) the person posting it, and described honestly. Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings, impersonating others, or attempting to scam users is strictly prohibited.
False or fraudulent activity may be reported to the authorities and prosecuted under the laws of Nepal, including the Electronic Transactions Act, 2063 (2008), the Muluki Criminal (Code) Act, 2074 (2017) provisions on fraud and cheating, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2075 (2018). Najikei cooperates with law-enforcement requests made through lawful process.
Weapons, drugs, stolen goods, counterfeit products, protected wildlife products, pornographic material, and any item or service illegal under Nepali law may not be listed. Harassment, hate speech, and abusive behaviour toward other users are prohibited. Violations lead to removal and may lead to a permanent ban and referral to authorities.
Every listing has a Report option. Use it to flag fake listings, scams, prohibited items, or suspicious users. Reports are reviewed by moderators; listings receiving multiple reports are automatically placed under review.
Users may verify their identity by submitting a government-issued document (National Identity Card, Citizenship Certificate, Passport, or Driving Licence). Documents are used solely for verification, are accessible only to authorised moderators, and are never shown to other users — only a "Verified" badge is displayed. You may request deletion of your verification documents at any time via account settings or by contacting us.
Najikei does not process, hold, or guarantee payments. All payments are made directly between buyer and seller (typically cash or mobile QR at meetup). Any payment made in advance of inspecting an item is entirely at the buyer's own risk.
Najikei may suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. Banned users may not create new accounts.
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
